Disclaimer: Referral Only, Not Repair

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers your use of rarelyroots.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral, Not Repair

Rarelyroots Garage Doors offers referrals and marketing. We connect homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. Rarelyroots Garage Doors does not repair, install or sell garage doors, springs, openers or parts. An independent provider does any work on your door, never Rarelyroots Garage Doors.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Connecting you with a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or result of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider can reach your area at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information, not legal, financial or safety advice. Every door, opener and home is different. Talk to a qualified technician about your own situation.

About Prices

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Real costs depend on your door, the parts needed, your location and the provider. A provider can give a firm price after looking at the door, so ask for a quote in writing before you approve work.

About Warranties

Any mention of warranties here is general. A warranty comes from the manufacturer or the provider, not from Rarelyroots Garage Doors. Ask the provider what is covered and get the details in writing.

Stay Safe

Garage doors are heavy, and springs and cables hold strong tension. Do not try spring or cable work yourself. Keep people and pets away from a damaged door. If a situation threatens life or safety, contact local emergency services first.

How Rarelyroots Garage Doors Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Rarelyroots Garage Doors when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure page explains more.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site current and correct. We do not warrant that it is complete or without mistakes.
