How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Rarelyroots Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Rarelyroots Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Rarelyroots Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@rarelyroots.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
