Who We Are
Rarelyroots Garage Doors is a referral service for homeowners with a garage door problem. That is all we are. We do not repair doors. We do not install them. Providers do the work.
Why This Site Exists
Finding a trustworthy garage door provider can feel like guesswork. Search results are crowded, and it is hard to tell who actually shows up at your house. We built a simple front door to make that first step easier and more honest.
How a Request Moves
Here is the path, start to finish:
- You send a request or request a callback and describe the problem.
- We note the basics: what the door is doing, what type of home you have, and where you are.
- We route your request to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.
- The provider contacts you, looks at the job and gives you a quote in writing.
The provider sets the schedule and the price. We do not.
Care for Older Homes
Many houses in the Blaine area are decades old. Their garages may have worn tracks, tired springs, and patches from past repairs. Sometimes a door has a surprise behind the trim, like rot or a framing change. We ask providers in our network to take their time with these homes and explain what they find.
What We Ask of Providers
- Be clear about the work and the price before starting.
- Put the quote in writing.
- Treat the home with respect.
- Explain options, including simple repairs when they make sense.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not promise a certain arrival time, because that depends on the provider. We also do not tell you what insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How Rarelyroots Garage Doors Earns Money
We are open about this. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a request we send turns into a job. You do not pay us to use this site. That fee does not change your quote from the provider.
